The complimentary breakfast was fair. The lady in charge of the breakfast room worked hard and kept things clean and in order. When we requested toilet paper, staff brought some quickly to our room. The location was good - right off the highway.

We were only here on an overnight visit after going to a show at the Upper Canada Playhouse. The weather was cool and overcast so although we drove around for a bit did not really take in the sights. The downtown area is a must to see though and holds an old time charm that should not be missed. From historical period homes and lovely shops/stores to visit and all set against the mighty St Lawrence River. We have promised ourselves to go back when it gets warmer and take full advantage of the area.

We enjoyed our 2 day stay in Brockville and found enough to do there. The town is pleasant to explore with some nice shops and restaurants. The museum and railway tunnel are interesting, the river cruise is fun, the scenery beautiful and the waterside location relaxing. Pace of life feels slow and this is reflected in some of the service we experienced in the restaurants. There are opportunities for swimming and boating but we did not try these. We also did not visit the Aquatarium but this looks good especially for children. Overall a really nice place to visit where the locals seem to take a great pride in their town and their history.

I loved walking on the water front, just fantastic views of the St. Lawrence Seaway.
We had a great meal at the pub at Tall Ships Landing.
Loved the 1000 Islands cruise, worth the money paid for 1.5 hours.
I found the city quaint, with its beautiful old historic buildings, squares and churches, a real little jewel.
People were very friendly.
Pay parking available, and free parking for 2 hours also available, so that was great.
Did not like that most of the restaurants closed by 9 or 10 pm, some even by 7 pm.

It is a charming little town with interesting things to view and within a short distance of Seaway towns.
We ate at Chucks, which is within easy walking distance of the Inn. The menu was huge, great service, very reasonable prices, wish the restaurant was closer to where we live!

This place is so clean, I can’t say it enough. the staff is very friendly. the hotel looks like it was built just yesterday. we will will be be 100 percent. the location is fantastic. the shower in the bathroom is really nice and the toilet is tucked away behind a wall ( love it ). I am telling you when I say this. you have to visit this hotel!
the breakfast in the morning is a nice touch and the coffee is amazing.
Due to a last minute change in my plans I did not check into my room.
The Reservation agent explained she could not refund the charges due to my having made my booking online,
which I accepted.
I have stayed at Super 8 previously, and Super 8 would be my first choice in the future should I be travelling to Brockville, due to the convenient, and scenic location away from Hwy 401.
Beautiful room, like absolutely stunning. Stayed here for two nights for my wedding - first night with my girls which was perfect. It’s really the most perfect place to get ready as it’s spacious and has everything you’d need. Stayed here the second night with my new husband and it was lovely to come back to after our wedding.
Our hosts at this bed and breakfast were exceptional, we had a most enjoyable stay and this would without doubt be our first choice to stay on our next visit to Brockville! The accommodations were spacious, clean and super comfortable; literally a home away from home!
This was our second stay here! The rooms are huge with kitchens and patios so amazing for families!
It’s location cannot be beat - you’re one street from the water and one street from the Brockville Railway Tunnel.
The owner Henry is also a lovely fellow!
we loved the breakfast at this hotel. This hotel had lots of variety and had convenient containers to take the food back to the room where you had to eat. Trish is also very friendly and helpful. This made us feel better about our stay.
Upon arrival I was informed there was no longer a room available. Staff did nothing to try and remedy the situation and also still charged my credit card for the booking after I had left to find another hotel.
Very good access from the main. Neat, clean and friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Excellent value for money. Better than holiday Inn in Toronto that we stayed before this.
