Late review but I was busy. Housekeeping was good, Bilal was most of the time responsible for my room. He did a great job, and I hope he gets rewarded. I extended my stay and reception staff was friendly too. I couldn´t make a call from my mobile phone , so the manager let me use his mobile. This was a great help. Bed is comfortable and just across the hotel you have metro or bus.

The set-up and types of food are well done.keep up the good work. All staff especially the waiter/s are very humble and serve with smiling face. Which helps yo feel at home The staff at the reception are welcoming.

The wifi connection was not strong enough to get connected especially when you are away from other family members. It was not stable.

We got bigger room then booked. It was clean, and located in nice neighbourhood.

Unfortunately the pool was closed because of maintenance while we stayed there, w ich we were not informed about before. We got bigger room because of that but thats still a big minus. Some of the staff might be bit more friendly.
