Super-friendly receptionists, great location in a residential area about 20 min away from the city centre (15 min from Gare St Roch), a nice room with a great view, en-suite bathroom with spacious shower and kitchenette (with kettle, microvaves, stove, frigde, freezer and coffee machine). Useful shelfing and great layout of the room. Emphasis on reducing impact on the enviroment.

• The room with that fantastic window and balcony. • The bed is comfortable and large. • Coffee machine in the room. • Fridge in the room. • Free drinks in the hall at everytime. • Moulin Rouge in the corner of the street. • Sainte Rita Chapel next the hotel. • Staff is very kind and helpful. Loved it.

There was nothing I liked out this hotel. Staff were rude, accommodation was filthy. Breakfast in the hotel was awful, poor choice and inadequate quality. Do not spend your money on this hotel. Will not be returning.

The junior suite didn’t live up to what was promised or what is normally to expect from a suite. Felt more like a larger normal room. The first junior suite we got was really bad. After change of room a little bit better but below promise and expectation. Not worth the price.

No cooking facilities. Locable storage space was small. Had to put sheets on bed. Not bad for lower bunk, but difficult for upper bunk. Only had one USB outlet at bunk, rather than a 240V outlet. Security door did not pull close, had the use key card then turn handle and pull. Some people didn't do this so the room was basically unlocked.
