Magical atmosphere, out of this world experience, lovely boutique-hotel located in a beautiful bay in Lombok, sea perfect for kayak, snorkeling and swimming. The coral was not exception but we saw beautiful fish and turtles a couple of times. We truly enjoyed the close location to the local village which made the experience truly authentic by getting to know the local people and their lives. The hotel is beautifully designed, spacious rooms with lovely interior, big swimming pool and a nice garden. High-end cuisine, though more local indonesian options would be welcomed. Great spa, more massage choices would be great. Huge thanks to the whole reception team to their warm welcoming, the driver for our trips, Sunan and Sultan for the great service, Zazu for the magical fishing experience. Staff felt like a big family with a true team spirit, never experienced similar anywhere before. We would definitely would like to come back again. Thanks, Thanks, thank again. We keep in our memories

The hotel is amazing with all the bungalows in a peaceful and calm area, surrended by a beautiful garden. The staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious with fresh fruit. The have not only Lombok coffee but Nescafe as well. Fresh mineral water is put in the room every day. They give you every support they can with organising programs (we got help to visit Lombok) or also the way to the ferry port. Lunch and dinner is also served if you want to stay there all day.

Beautiful and exotic location, quiet, clean, exceptional food - the best meals we had in Indonesia -, exiting entertainment; very helpful staff (we left something there, which they sent after us by post). We had a wonderful time, one of the best if not the best accomodation during out trip. Thank you for making our Bali trip wonderful!

Staff made our stay great. They were super attentive and friendly, always ensured we had a nice experience. Good size room facing the jungle. Clear room and facilities. Walking distance to Ubud center with loads of restaurants and shops. Nice breakfast and excellent laundry service.

They need to improve on the breakfast buffet as the dry instant noodles always been finish for 3days we eaten which i really wanted to try. While for the egg station can be frustrating as the waitng time was very long and they should improve the stove and add more staff to it esp on weekends and everything will be perfect.

The location is great next to the airport and sea shore. Property ambience is good.

Expected more for kids in kids club. No kids bike. Breakfast should be included for all members while booking, it makes a difference in experience vs asking for payment for extra person. Maintenance is needed - they seem to be have not made any efforts towards this. Hot water tap did not close and a service person had to come to fix it urgently Door lock was not opening because battery was low and the most annoying thing was that they did not fix it and I had to repeatedly get a staff to open the door.

Shower was bad, would change between hot and cold. An animal was living in the roof above our room, could hear it moving around throughout the night. Breakfast was poor.
