Everything went well, our hotel was perfcte and was located in one of the business district of Tokyo (Chuo City). The neighbourhood is quiet, not busy as Shibuya or Shinjuku, but perfect and sorrounded by restaurant, shopping possibilities and public transportation is close (Takaracho, Kyobashi and Tokyo stations).

Clean and comfortable, this hotel services all your needs well. It is a little pricey and a little out of the way, but fairly easy to get to with public transport and how much these things matter to you is up to you.

We had a room on the ground floor and was a bit dark. The window was facing a wall.

Small bathroom, The balcony didn’t have floor tiles, No one has ever told is WHEN the cleaning of the room would be done (turns out they do the cleaning 1 times every 2 days). The washing machines were a nightmare, we had to wake up 3 TIMES during the heart of the night (from 23pm to 4am) because the washing machines (that are only 2 by the way, for a building that contains more than 20 rooms) were finished washing but people left the clothes inside. When we finally managed to have our clothes washed we wanted to dry them as well (there was the option) and we discovered, only because the receptionist told us, that the function doesn’t work unless you spend like 1k yen in coins. They then said that the machines “do not function well”. We ended up going to the nearest laundry point outside the hotel and it costed us less than 500¥. The receptionists are NOT always there and if you have a problem you are basically screwed up. They defended themselves by saying that “this is a business hotel, and people don’t usually stay longer than 2 nights” for the complete negligence of the hotel. The room is big, yes, but absolutely NOT WORTH the cost we paid that is over 1k euros. The bathroom was the worst we have ever seen in Japan, small and anonymous; and we went to more than 8 hotels all across this beautiful country.
