1)Ask for make up room, the housekeeping did not change the linen to new one.. 2)Inside room got cockroach(not good for health) 3)Housekeeping did not clean the table properly,still got stain on the table.. 4)Did not have cafeteria service after 8pm,need to book grabfood.. 5)Poor lighting inside room,make the room dark all the time,not good for those travel for work.. 6)not enough parking space when ballroom is booked for event..

The service lift is very poor. Waited too long for a lift (didn’t stop for almost 5 times when me and my family decided to take the stairs down from 16th floor) when private owners used their access card to by pass the lift stops. I think which is not fair to others who is renting there.

Property has swimming pool but is quite poorly maintenanced - dead flies in pool everywhere. Loungers very uncomfortable (wooden), so very hot and covered in plants from trees. Very old gym - too old to use tbh but this isn’t advertised anyway. The rooms are too noisy walls are paper thin and very hard to get a good nights sleep. First night we heard banging all night and dogs barking , second night it was the people next door talking. They were up all night … Staff weren’t overly friendly either

Reception was unfriendly, unwelcoming, and not accommodating. Shower gel & shampoo inside the hotel almost finish when we came in. Tissue box at the basin also almost empty. Ask for pillow - 3x and been receiving different answer each time.
