What a beautiful place, thank you for sharing it with other people! We‘ve enjoyed our stay to the max. Everything has been perfect and uncomplicated, from the first contact until the end of our stay. Stunning views of sunrise and sunset right above the cliffs, usage of the pool and jacuzzi at any time. The room is equipped with a microwave, a little fridge and a coffee machine. You don‘t hear much more than the surf and the animals. The Wild Blue Water is definitely a recommendation and worth a visit!

Has a nice buzz. It’s well located for anyone who wants access to the #1 subway line but not noisy. Very nice staff who were helpful/flexible on our check in and check out times and we were upgraded - admittedly it was our fourth visit over 25+ days. The door and porter team were also great. The guest helpline worked well and we got instant help.

The breakfast food/drinks offering is fine but a bit limited. The seating in the bar/cafe/reception can get somewhat tight since a lot of outside patrons seem to use it as a work area. Decor is looking a bit tired.

Room was surprisingly large, and came equipped with everything we needed! Bath items were great too. Location was right next to the alamo and very convenient. And as a bonus, heater / AC was powerful. Was able to both heat up and cool down our room to the extremes we wanted

The location is perfect! So close to Navy Pier and the shopping areas. Hotel was really comfortable and clean and great having air-conditioning. Staff were very friendly. The bar had a nice selection of cocktails.

Nice place. Secure parking. Quiet. Good choice to be near the airport. Free shuttle to the airport. Very good breakfast. Biggest choice we had on our roundtrip.

Kitchen cupboards look tired. Booked a late check-out out but the system didn't recognize this. Had to get the room key reactivated.

Location is South of Moab with few restaurants or bars in the immediate area. Car parking is OK but insufficient for number of bedrooms. Processed scrambled eggs again with only sausage. Very basic breakfast by American standards.

Housekeeping wasn't done. Breakfast was terrible they didn't have hot coffee the machine was broken. No kettle/Big to boil water.
