Staff of hotel Diego very helpful in directions and the lady on duty may 14 afternoon ( I forgot the name) was very very helpful specially with the adaptor she loaned us 1 because our universal won't work on our first day/night stay. Place is quite. Highly recommended

Superb location - very close to the center & close to the train station - and generally very comfortable rooms, albeit on the small side. Staff was helpful and attentive and cleared up a mistake straight away. Overall, had everything we needed and for us, the pros clearly outweighed the cons for a short-term stay.

It was well located and the stuff were really nice. I was there only for one night, so I couldn’t say that much about the property. The room were clean and the breakfast was okay.

We booked the cheapest room, without balcony. When we arrived, we could not believe our eyes: it was LARGE, with a huge bed, and also a couch, lot of space in the room, large toilet, and an area for our cloths... and carpet around the bed.
coffee and tea machine in the room, free water, nice furniture, flat tv, high speed wireless internet, soft bad and so on. They changed our towels every day (OAU).
The breakfast is clearly that of a 4 star hotel, not just for 3 stars :) We have eaten at 5 star hotels that did not offer such a variety at breakfast!
Every day, there were 6 types of hot foods available; the cold ones were over 20 types... many vegetarian options were available, row vegan people also could find food, gluten-free food was also there, lactose-free and so on... I enjoyed the pineapple juice (they also had orange and apple and waters) and the cappuccino :) So, anyway, a delicious and abundant breakfast.
The staff at the reception were especially friendly. They give us details about the city and many more... i loved that they spoke our language! OAU.
I think there is some sort of floor heating, since the room was always hot :) The heating system might not have enough power during summer. The bathroom was especially hot, too hot i may say... and the ventilation in the bathroom could be improved :)
The hotel is located just 4 minutes walking distance from the Metro station. It was easy to carry the check-in luggage.
Regarding the price... of cours it is expensive, it is located in the center and they offer so many :)
When we return to Brusseles, we will try to check-in at The Scott again...

Brussels is well-known as the headquarters of many European institutions and is often called the capital of Europe. However, Belgian waffles, beer and chocolate are just a few of the city’s best-known delicacies that can rival its political reputation.
French and Dutch are city’s two official languages so all streets and landmarks have two different names: don’t be surprised when you look for Grand Place and end up on Grote Markt!
Don’t miss the famous bronze statue aptly named Manneken Pis or the futuristic Atomium, a truly unique architectural creation. Wandering through side streets to discover small bookshops, romantic cafés and ethnic restaurants reveals Brussel's charm.
Brussels is a real melting pot of Europe, filled with great museums and art from Memling, Bosch or Rubens, historic breweries and great concert halls. Shopping addicts can visit the world’s first shopping mall, the Saint Hubert Gallery, opened here in 1847.
If you’re arriving at Brussels Airport or South Charleroi Airport, all major attractions are just a short train or bus ride away. Whether you’re looking for a design hotel, a comfortable apartment or a friendly B&B, Booking.com has something perfect for your Brussels trip.
My stay was 3 days. It is OK for a weeked breakoff but not enough to visit all attractions. My suggested stay would be one week of course in my situation knowing how and why to get to the spots that worth visiting. All of them worth. Thank you Brussel for my stay.

Food options are really good.
Food options are really good. Don't miss the Waffles, Fries & Belgian Beers. Average experience with site seeing as whole city is dug put with lots of construction work. Roads were not clean and garbage everywhere.

I was pleasantly surprised by how dirty Brussels is. I would avoid long walks outside the center during the dark hours of the day.
Nevertheless, the center of Brussels itself was nice and interesting. The metro was very accessible, convenient and cheap.

Such a varied city.
Such a varied city. Architecture, attractions, shopping, food, entertainment. So much to do and I never feel like I have enough time, unfortunately I also never have enough money. Brussels is expensive for the traveller/tourist unless you know your way around and know where to go for what you want.
This is a lovely place, perfectly comfortable and completely unpretentious. Nothing fancy but the ethos of the Institute is not about that anyway. Simple rooms over a garden of trees out the window. It's quiet and restful, and if you are happy to walk it isn't far from Brussels Centraal and so the museums, Grand Place, etc. (If not, there is a bus stop around the corner and Madou metro station up the street). It was a third cheaper than the best of the cheaper hotels I could find for the same dates. I would stay there again.
The hotel is on a family owned nice 4-story building. The rooms are nicely decorated. The owner Sebastian was super nice. He prepared cold water in fridge for all and served breakfast. He would even take order for breakfast, like eggs, freshly made orange or apple juices. The train we were on to Brussels was late. I even got a WhatsApp phone call from him to check on us. The hotel location is perfect. Walking distance to the grand place and metro. Numerous restaurants nearly. The stay couldn’t be any better.
The hotel was in the center of Brussels and this made our travel in Brussels very easy, with restaurants and shops very close to the hotel. Only 5 minutes away was the Brussels Central train station and very close to the hotel you could find a taxi. We had a triple room, with enough space and comfortable beds. The hotel also had luggage storage which helped us a lot to leave our luggage before we checked in. We would come back to Ibis Hotel if we come again to Brussels.
We loved this small hotel in a peaceful and beautiful place, very good connection to Brussels city center, and also to get to Brussel north or Midi railway stations. The breakfast was good, we loved the flexibility of the staff and atmosphere, the building has elements of art nouveau, the staircase, the pictures on the wall, the fireplace in the room, we loved it! The beds were also very nice and comfortable.
The hotel is located 10-15min walk to the city center, to the Brussels Midi Station, also there are many stores around. The room and the bathroom were big and clean. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. The staff is great and really helpful. The breakfast was delicious!! There isn't AC but there is an electric fan that really did the job.
We are really pleased with our stay at Hotel Van Belle
We had a really luxurious double room pretty cheap, seemed more like a hotel than a hostel. Clean bathroom, TV and many plug-ins in the room, friendly helpful staff. Nice sitting area in the groundfloor and the hostels offers city tours and other events although we didn’t have time to participate. Close to the city center with many restaurants but still quiet and green!
The hotel was in the perfect location, a 3 minute walk from the main city centre. It is a cute little boutique hotel, with clean rooms, friendly staff and the comfiest beds I have ever slept on. Rooms were cosy and warm. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel 😊 Would definitely return to this hotel in future if and when I do come back to Brussels.
Tucked away on a quiet square, the elegance of this hotel grew on me throughout my stay in Brussels, which is an oddly honky tonk city center despite majestic building facades. The bed and linens were top quality —slept so soundly ! Really enjoyed the wellness center and the lavish breakfast with green juice and lots of fruits and vegetables.
The hotel has a fantastic location. It is so close to the Grand Place and many of the activities in Brussels. We did not take breakfast at the hotel and just used nearby cafes. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. We liked the lobby area where we could meet as a family. Also the elevators ran very efficiently to all the floors.
Breakfast was absolutely superb !!! It was well worthy to pay those extras $48 dollars for it.
Room service was great too and not expensive at all for a 5 stars hotel
The hotel is in very center of the city of Brussels, you can walk everywhere from it's location.
Rooms are clean an modern.. location is right outside the center of Brussels and 4 min walk from 2 city mall.. overall great experience. Hotel was very welcoming and helped us with a major issue with our booking.. so kudos to them for doing there absolute best.
Everything was great, the hotel staff was friendly and receptive to our demands. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel also has an interesting story. The location was not far away from the city center and was safe compared to other Brussels zones.
If you choose to stay 10 to 15 minutes-walk to almost all sightseeings in Brussels city centre, this hotel offers one best location. Bed was comfortable, shower pressure was great and water was hot, room heating was great, and it was very silent.
I stay in that hotel always whenever I'm in Brussels. Comfortable big beds. Kitchen with all needed equipment. Perfect localization in the city center close to everything and just next to the metro station. Gym as well is fine.
Nice hotel close to the north station of Brussels, but also close to other places. It was easy to get to the city center. Breakfeast was good: partially western and partially Japanese, but you could pick what you wanted.
Clean room. New beddings. New, white towels. No smell. Most importantly, clean toilet and bathroom. Great place to stay because it's just in the city center. This hotel is just walking distance to WCO Brussels.
It's all about the location with this tiny hotel. The front door is on La Grand Place, the golden square of Brussels.
The room was big enough, not crowded like most old big city hotels.
The location of the hotel is great - 10 mins walk from Brussels Noord station and 10-15 mins walk from the city center!
The room was nice and big, as well as the bed and the bathroom.
