The staff were super, warm and friendly and very accommodating. Nothing was too much. The room was spotlessly clean and had a lovely cosy feeling. There were toiletries and they were really lovely. The beds were huge and extremely comfortable. They left us a bottle of wine and some lovely treats as a birthday gift. There is also an underground car park that is very easy to get to.

Very nice hotel, good location with parking on site, just far enough outside town centre to be quiet, but close enough for an easy walk. Rooms very big, very clean, with big comfortable bed, bathroom spotless and well set out. Breakfast nice with alot of choice. Staff very friendly and very helpful only thing missing for us was a bar, somewhere to have a drink, only availability was a small area near reception with self service small selection of drinks and roof terrace which was nice but had a continuous whining fan and bar that was closed, (only open at the weekend as we were told) other than that we would recommend this hotel and would return

Arcachon is a rather unique bay, very worth visiting.
Arcachon is a rather unique bay, very worth visiting. It has great nature and wildlife (birds), in addition to interesting early 20th century architecture. The area is quaint and good humored with lots of families staying and visiting the area. Access can be congested during rush hour and on top vacation days! The food is outstanding, both in restaurants (we recommend Le Saint Ferdinand! Great seafood!) and at local food stores and bakeries!
Climbing the Dune du Pilat is a must with phenomenal 360 degr. views!
The boardwalk in Arcachon proper along the bay is gorgeous!

Attractive location and a good place to stay.
Attractive location and a good place to stay. We wanted to visit Bordeaux but didn’t want to stay in the city. Arcachon has a good regular service by train into the city and this suited us well.
You need to know that boat trips around the bay have to be booked in advance and will cancel your booking if there are too few passengers. We didn’t manage to get a successful booking.
Arcachon is a seafood paradise for those wanting oysters, crustaceans and fish. It’s also more expensive, we assumed because it’s a tourist haven.

The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had booked dinner in a nearby hotel for a dinner and the staff organised a taxi for us to travel there. Otherwise, everything you needed is in a pleasant walking distance. I can't wait to return to Arachon

Arcachon is a clean and welcoming place with plenty to do and lots of lovely places to eat. There are many options for boat trips in the Bassin d’ Arcachon, which are well worth doing. There is an excellent, cheap bus service to access places further than walking distance and the station has regular trains.
Location was very good and centrally located, Arcachon is a really nice village, we will be back.
Service was great: airco ;-), coffee Nespresso cups, Palais des Thes tea, free sparkling water, really nice staff
The room is small but very functional, for a few days there a some shelves where you can put your clothes.
50 mins by train from Bordeaux, in summer I would advise to go to Arcachon to the beach and get out of the hot city.
The room was perfect for a short stay. Comfortable bed and with a lovely balcony overlooking the food markets.
The staff were so lovely and spoke fluent English when we arrived. We left something in the room on departure and they called us straight away. They were very helpful with trying to return the item.
I would recommend Residhome Arcachon and would stay there again!
The property is beautiful. Quite old fashion with Arcachon vibes. Thus... it is also quite old fashion how the hotel is distributed: the corridors, small elevator, many stairs, and small rooms (the majority of them). However, it was really clean and it made it comfortable.
The location is really good and the swimming pool is a small gem.
The staff was extremely helpful in making sure that we'd be able to collect our luggage in the middle of the night (when we returned from a wedding and needed to go directly to the airport). They went out of their way to think of a process that would avoid any surprises at a critical time of our trip. The hotel is also very well located.
The location in the city center; close to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. It also offered us a private and secure parking place. The kitchen was modern and well equipped with plenty of space to relax after a long day sightseeing. Carole was an amazing hostess; warm, accommodating and extremely nice!
Close to restaurants, supermarkets and in walking or cycling distance to the centre of town, the ferry terminal and train station . Apartment had most of the facilities that you need and the owners were very helpful. Bicycles provided were in good condition and suitable for riding the terrain around Arcachon.
The lovely lady who checked us in was so so nice.
Easy simple place for a night in arcachon. At this time of year street parking free and just across the street. Comfy bed, good bathroom, great shower. Coffee pods in room with Nespresso machine.
The apartment is a great place to stay in Arcachon. Perfect location, in the center of the center. The host is very friendly and supportive. Very easy to get the access….Everything perfect. We enjoyed the stay very much!
Great apartment with lots of space, everything we needed, a friendly greeting, even bonus toys for the kids. Even a room for bikes on ground floor. Very, very close to center square with delicious restaurants.
The location of the hotel is perfect. Although centrally located and close to everything we came to see (boat show in the harbor, Arcachon beaches, it's location is quiet. The staff were very nice and helpful.
The hotel has been opened for about a month. It was a very pleasant experience and we had a great time. The interior
design of the hotel and rooms are beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful.
Great location, very modern, spacious room, sea view, good kitchen, good breakfast at extra-charge, sufficient parking slots nearby, good ice creme, good for running, friendly staff
