This place is outstanding, the location is simply breathtaking. The apartment is small but very homey and equipped with plenty of amenities and complementary items such as breakfast stuff and coffee for the bialetti. We were able to cook some nice pasta dishes to enjoy on the beautiful balcony. The bed is comfortable and we slept well. San Bernardino as a location is very convenient if you are travelling by car as we were able to reach all of the cinque terre villages (start in the morning and park on the road somewhere, e.g above the Manarola car park, that way you don't have to pay for parking). Yes, the roads in cinque terre are narrow and winding but if you are somewhat used to driving mountain roads (as many Swiss people are), it's really not that bad, but best to have 4 eyes on the road. I was very scared of the driving part of this trip but it really wasn't that bad. We even had to park on the street below San Bernardino for most of the trip because there was an event on the church parking lot and that wasn't a problem either. At first I was sceptical if this apartment was gonna be worth it because it was slightly above our usual budget but it was the best decision, won't forget this place and the beautiful mornings sipping bialetti espresso while watching the sky and the sea change colours.

Casa Lorenza está en Riomaggiore, a 6 min a pie de Playa de Riomaggiore y a 14 km de Castello San Giorgio, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, aire acondicionado, jardín y terraza. La atención de Lorenza fue excepcional. Todos los días nos dejaba croissants y focaccias para desayunar. El lugar es mucho más bonito de lo que se ve en fotos. La habitación que reservamos tenía una pequeña terraza con vistas a la bahía.

Casa Burrasca, que tiene vistas a la montaña, dispone de alojamiento con terraza y patio a unos 40 km de Casa Carbone. Esta casa o chalet con vistas al jardín también dispone de wifi gratis. We loved it so much here, we booked an extra night! It felt like our own little home. Monica was super nice. Though her English wasn't that great and my Italian wasn't that great, the communication was flawless. The view was great, the location super quiet at night and Monica gave us a park with which we could park for free in Levanto, even right next to the entrance of the train station. In the train station, you can take the train to any of the 5 Terre, so it was a great base to visit 5 Terre if you are travelling by car. The wifi was superfast!

La Casa Del Doganiere, que cuenta con jardín, terraza y restaurante, ofrece alojamiento en Monterosso al Mare con wifi gratis y vistas a la ciudad. This is, I think, our best travel experience. Everything is perfect, the view, the welcome of the owner, the apartment, the terraces, calm and close to the shops and beaches. It is a unique place. Sylvia, thanks again. I recommend this accommodation without hesitation. I will be sure to come back.

5 Terre For You, que tiene jardín, dispone de alojamiento en Riomaggiore con wifi gratis y vistas al jardín. Este alojamiento ofrece ping pong y dardos. Everything- do not hesitate to book. the view is truly spectacular and watching the sunset from the top of the garden is amazing. Barbara was a fantastic host who met us and showed us to the accomodation. great working aircon in living room and bedroom. very close to shops, restaurants and the port.

Casa vacanze Osvaldo, que tiene vistas al jardín, ofrece alojamiento con jardín y balcón a unos 22 km de Castello San Giorgio. El alojamiento perfecto. Muy agradable, bonito, limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La ubicación perfecta para visitar los distintos pueblos de Cinque Terre. La vista al mar impresionante. Hemos estado muy bien en este alojamiento. Es muy tranquilo.

Esta casa con aire acondicionado y vistas al golfo de Los Poetas está a 5 km de La Spezia y a 8 km de Portovenere. The property has a spectacular view across the bay of La Spezia from its windows. The apartment was well-appointed with everything we needed for self-catering. It easily accommodates 4 persons although there were just two of us. The hosts met us and helped with our luggage down the path to the apartment. It was quiet and rural on the side of a hill. There were 7 windows looking out from the living area and bedrooms, plus a window in the shower which was totally private but with a great view (a definite first for us). It was a great base to visit Cinque Terre and the town of La Spezia. It was a 15 minute drive from the apartment to underground parking near the ferry terminal and we spent all of one day visiting the 4 villages at which the ferries can stop. Our 3 night stay was just right for us and we would definitely return.
